TRACEABILITY IN ACTION

  • Every animal is fullblood, registered with XX and DNA traceable from elite Japanese sires.

  • Born and raised in the Acheron Valley, Victoria under low-stress and free range conditions.

  • Our calves remain with their mothers for the first 7 months, feeding naturally on milk before being weaned. They then graze on our pastures and are finished on a 600-day grain program, recorded and audited for consistency.

  • All beef is independently scored by AUS-MEAT and Halal-certified by a recognised authority.
