We honour the traditions of Japanese Wagyu while embracing the unique natural advantages of our land to produce ultra-premium, full blood Wagyu.

From genetics to grain, paddock to plate—every step in creating our premium Australian Wagyu is fully integrated and meticulously managed.

Our cattle are processed in Victoria at a Tier 1 and 2 export accredited facility. Our farms located in South Eastern Australia produce our own high quality grains, silage and hay, giving us further control over the entire production process.
